The people participating in the Conversation are theists and blind followers of Islam. These are common logics presented by muslims. Notes might not have any kind of historical evidence. 

Whatever error, fallacy or contradiction is shown to them it will not be accepted to those Muslims because they believe

Koran cannot be understood by anyone. It is a work of Allah and no one ever can achieve enough wisdom to understand Koran! So if you find an error or contradiction in Koran that does not mean that Koran is wrong (astagfirullah! What we are talking about!!). It means you didn’t understand it correctly.

If mankind don't understand this book what is the use of it? May be aliens will study it!

To believe in Allah we have to believe in his miracles; the miracles they (theists) believe by heart. So they are presenting miracles one by one.

Yunus and the big fish

They were confusing Yunus with Yusuf but I figured it out. Prophet Yunus was swallowed by a big fish. He came outside of it with the grace of Allah. Staying inside the fish for a long period affected his skin and he was suffering from great pain. Now in the island there grew a plant in the command of Allah which saved him. If there is no miracle where the plant did came from to give him shade?

Should we say anything?

Isa (Jesus Christ)

Jesus was ascended bodily to heaven without experiencing death at the crucifixion. Without Allah’s miracle how anything like this can happen?

Though Christians cannot predict about it Muslims know it very well because of their scripture.

Musa (Moses)

Musa had celestial powers. His rod turned into snake. Firaun (Pharaoh) didn’t submit to Musa’s God. He is punished by drowning. But Musa parted the sea with his rod and passes safely along with his followers. Firaun’s mummy is found almost unharmed. Isn’t this enough miracle?

Ya! Enough Judaism rocking the boat of Islam!

First cause

Nothing can run itself. If no one is controlling the whole universe how can there be so much discipline and order. Planets don’t collide.

So there’s no chaos? I thought there was no order but only rules of science!

And Koran is the source of all science! So a contradiction with science doesn’t mean anything! Because at last science came from Koran!

Koran for welfare

There is nothing bad in Koran. Everything in Koran is good for mankind!

So babies have religion? How do they show it up? Do they offend when other religions are taught to them! Do they say Allahu Akbar in temples, churches? If said babies are born atheist that could be reasonable. Since no one is born with a belief like atheists deny all belief systems.

Koran is like Windows Vista. It has lots of bugs. Vista adopted features of Windows XP, NT, 98.. etc to maintain backward compatibility. It’s the strategy of business. If previous operating system applications were not compatible it would had disappointed users of previous Operating Systems. To make the OS popular among most users Microsoft designs Windows in that way.

Muhammad did the same thing with Islam. He adopted all previous myths of Judasim and Christianity so that it becomes backward compatible. He added some features himself like Jesus was ascended bodily to heaven before crucifixion. Since, there is no proof of these hysterical myths who can prove or disprove those modifications. So you can do anything with the story keeping the central story straight importing previous bugs too! Neither followers of other religions will not offend nor the native adherents. Mixing everything Islam became a total mess! The more these people take it seriously the more it becomes ridiculous!

Atheistic things are always good. Think what if the president Barack Obama was religious and became partisan to a community! That could be like damnation to hell.

If the doctor treated you like Allah would save you and he (doctor) did nothing it wouldn't have saved your life! Right? See. The truth always have to be described it in an atheistic point of view! If you believe in an extra-ordinary power to run things up science wouldn't work. Internet won't run. Computers won't compute. Electricity would not lit your lights, revolve your fans and numerous works. Superstitions only mess you up, science and reasons save you.
